Nothing to set up, and you do not need to be endorsed. Use the ordinary form whenever you have a single role to advertise.

We check who is advertising on the board, so there is a short review. Being endorsed lets you submit roles in bulk. It does not publish anything by itself — we still read every listing before it goes live.
