EBA Pathway Travel Grant

For applicants in countries without an active EBA assessor team. Covers the cost of bringing assessors to your business when no local assessment is possible.

Halves all EBA application and renewal fees for chef-owned businesses with under twelve staff, opened within the last three years.

Beyond funding

The mentorship programme.

Money helps, but mentorship is the older tradition. Every junior WAMC member is paired with a senior mentor in their first year — by chapter, by discipline, and by mutual consent.

Pairings are reviewed annually. Some last a year; many last a career.

Mentorship is a duty of senior membership, not an optional extra. Members at Senior tier and above are expected to mentor at least one junior member at any given time.

Endow a scholarship

Make it possible for someone else.

Members and sponsors can endow named scholarships in any of our open streams, or propose new ones. The minimum endowment is $27,000; named funds in perpetuity from $110,000.
