WAMC International Judge

An honour that is earned. Judge at competitions and events around the world, and help the next generation of chefs grow.

Why become a judge

A title that is earned

The World Association of Master Chefs has its roots going back to 1950. To be named a WAMC International Judge is a great honour, and it is not given to just anyone.

The title is given once a chef has shown their skill, and their care for others in the industry.

As an International Judge you are respected in the industry. You can represent WAMC at competitions and events around the world. You receive special recognition for your work, and for the way you support young chefs as they learn from your experience.

Two pathways

How to become a judge

Both pathways are straightforward. Both need commitment and dedication.

1. Your experience

Your experience and qualifications are used as evidence that you can do the work. This is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). If you are already a certified judge with another association, you may not need to do some levels.

2. The Judge Course
