不止于资助
导师计划。
资金有帮助，但师徒传承是更古老的传统。每位 WAMC 初级会员在第一年都会与一位资深导师结对——按分会、按专业，并经双方同意。
结对每年复核一次。有些维持一年；许多则贯穿整个职业生涯。
指导是资深会员的职责，而非可有可无的附加项。资深级别及以上的会员任何时候都应至少指导一名初级会员。
